Detcord operates a cross-institution intelligence network that detects and disrupts agentic financial threats. To provide this service, we collect information in the following categories:

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, work email address, organization, and role.
• Signal data. When you connect a participating institution or feed, we ingest behavioral, transactional, and network signals necessary to identify coordinated agentic activity.
• Usage data. We record how you interact with the platform, including queries, saved investigations, alert responses, and configuration changes.
• Technical data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device information, and log data to secure and operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing committed by autonomous systems;
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Detcord network;
• Share signal intelligence with participating institutions where permitted by law and governed by the Data Processing Addendum;
• Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy;
• Communicate with you about the service, including security advisories and account notices.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the network:

• With participating institutions. Signal intelligence is shared across the network in accordance with applicable law and the terms of our Data Processing Addendum.
• With service providers. We engage processors that help us host, secure, and analyze data. These processors act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or lawful request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Detcord, our participants, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain signal data only for as long as it serves a legitimate detection or investigative purpose, and in no case longer than required by applicable law. Investigation artifacts may be retained longer where they support an active or reasonably foreseeable inquiry into agentic criminal activity.

5. Security

Security is the foundation of the service. We employ encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, continuous monitoring, and regular independent audits. Access to signal data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. 7. Changes to This Policy
